Automatically Through Our Services

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

Third-Party AI Services

The Magic Home app includes an optional AI assistant that helps you describe a home-service project. It is off until you turn it on: we show you a disclosure inside the app and ask for your permission before anything is sent, you can decline and still create a request using the step-by-step form, and you can withdraw permission at any time under Profile → Account Settings → AI Data Sharing. If you never use the AI assistant, nothing described in this section is sent.

When you do use it, we share the following with these providers:

• Google (Gemini) — the messages you type in the AI assistant, the photos you attach to it, and the text of your conversation, which we send back to Google to extract the service category and service address from what you wrote. Because these are your own words, they may contain your name, phone number, and address.
• ElevenLabs — your microphone audio and the transcript of what you say, only while voice mode is active.

We share this solely to turn your description into a structured service request. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising. Each provider processes it under its own privacy and security terms, which we require to be at least equivalent to the protections described in this policy, and neither provider is permitted to use your content for any purpose other than returning a result to us. Their terms are published at ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms and elevenlabs.io/privacy.

Voice audio is captured on your device and streamed in real time; it is not retained server-side beyond the active intake session.

Who We Disclose Your Information To

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal data that we collect or that you provide to us as described in this Privacy Policy:

• To our affiliates and subsidiaries.
• To vendors, service providers, contractors, and other third parties that provide services on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, communications, payments, customer support, fraud prevention, security, marketing, and identity verification.
